Palau - Day 3 (Snorkel Trip My Camera) Part 1

This is the entrance into the "Milky Way"...The water
had a blueish, milky look to it due to the mud in this
area...The mud is used for mud bath massages...The
asians believe this mud helps you stay looking younger
and they will pay 2-300$ for this treatment...
The mud is created by organism/animals that eat the
limestone on the rocks and their "poop" creates the
mud...
Of course the guides didnt tell us this part until after
we had it smeared all over us...lol

John Exfoliating...

Me joining in...Dont I look younger already?

This was a guy from MN who did the whole body treatment...

John decided to join in...

Not sure why Alex our Supply Officer did this...He
really didnt need to since he is only 24...lol

A boat full of asians enjoying the treatment...

This was an interesting tree...You can see how the
smaller tress grew right up into it...

Me at the island where we had lunch...

Natural bridge...

An old Japanese fueling depot...You can see the gas
drums still inside...

As we headed back the driver spotted this guy...Its
a black and white sea snake...Very poisinious...They
said he is a big one...Had to be at least 3 feet long and
he was climbing the wall towards a bird...

This is a japanese cannon...I dont think the guys
who fired this had much hearing left after lighting
it off a few times...
